About Asta…

Asta Films is a multimedia production collective based in Manchester UK.
This means that we are a group of specialist practitioners who come together to work on projects. Our collaborators include directors, producers, artists, filmmakers, writers and composers and we make content for all platforms from feature documentaries, shorts and online podcasts to live-events, art installations and participatory projects.

Asta Films is a young, energetic and imaginative company, and we love working with people from all sectors. We have produced high quality content for community groups, arts organisations, large public sector bodies and universities.

Asta Films are specialists in creating rich content for the web; we’re utterly geeky about what we do and we know how to make great products for our clients. Our approach right from the outset is to really understand what our client does, whom their audiences are and what they want to say about their product or services. We work with them from the very beginning of a project, taking a flexible and creative approach that is responsive to what they need.
